Ok, I'm awake.  Going to tackle some morning exercise.  I have been giving myself a lot of time off of the daily grind because of weird health things, but I have to get myself back into the habit again.  When I'm fully in the routine of things, I tend to aim for 30 minutes on the Ring Fit Adventure on the Switch, and then some supplementary exercises and stretches on my yoga mat afterwards.  This morning I'm going to aim for 5-10 minutes and see how it goes.  I don't want to push too hard too fast ....giggity 😉
