I've been getting requests for measurement videos and I will get you all a new one soon (if this video gets love) but for now, here is one I found in the vaults, never previously released.  Its from four years ago, but I am mostly the same size now (slightly heavier and A LOT leaner since I just competed a month ago) so these are probably close numbers to now.  I can tell you the weight is the same (~180 lbs).  😻😻😻
