But, now I have to figure out how to come up with the amount the seller will be happy with and is still obtainable for Me before someone else buys it, and again there were 14 other interested parties, who made themselves known to the seller, that's a bit of competition there, but not impossible! 

The only major obstacle I have to overcome is the fact that I have No Transportation presently nor have I in quite some time now, which gets more difficult each day. So the sooner I get something is more My priority, but do not for one moment think that I will not try My best to squeeze as much together as I can to make it happen the way I'd prefer, which Is Me Driving from Town to Town in My Big Beautiful Purple People Eater as I take My act on the road for one last whirl.
