Sleep is not just rest, it's an important part of our lives that affects our health and mood 😏🌙 On average, an adult needs about 7-9 hours of sleep every night to feel rested and energized. I've noticed that when I get enough sleep, I have more energy to create and socialize with friends 💖 Sometimes I allow myself to take a little nap during the day to rejuvenate and improve my concentration.
