Getting the body you want and being healthy is a balance between discipline, motivation, routine, and connecting your mind and body. I used to have issues with the last one for sure. Meditation is something I added into my daily routine about a month ago and I am already seeing progress in focus and motivation. It is essential to take a moment and slow things down so your body and mind can get on the same page. If you are interested in meditation, but don't know where to get started, look up "Waking Up with Sam Harris." That is the one I use and its awesome.

My DM's are unmanageable at the moment and I am trying to catch up, but unfortunately am falling behind. Please be patient with me! Tipped DM's always get priority, but I am looking forward to connecting with everyone.
