Had a good work out today!!! Dead Lifting is essential for glute and hamstring strength. The glutes and hamstrings are the primary muscles worked, but deadlifts also strengthen your hips as well. Always make sure you keep your back straight and you lift from the legs, so you don't hurt yourself! Have a positive and productive Monday everyone!!
