I love these dead lifts! They stretch and engage the hamstrings and lower back. Usually I would straighten my knees more for a Romanian deadlift to target my glutes, but my injury wouldn’t allow it. Romanian deadlifts also work the calves, quads, and forearms indirectly, so that’s great as well. Stay positive, meditate, and do something nice for yourself today! 🥰
