Step 1: Hook some type of handle on the hook and lower the level of the cable machine to about shoulder height.
Step 2: Get down on your knees and pull handles and hold it behind your neck or near your temples depending on the handle.
Step 3: Your body should make about a 90 degree angle with a slight arch in your back. 
Step 4: Crunch downwards until your elbows touch your knees and then return to starting position.
