I have gotten a lot of requests for a workout video so here it is... ABS! It has been a loooooooong time since I have tried to do an ab work out and I have to say it was more difficult than I anticipated ;D However, I do remember a time when I used to be able to do over 100 sit ups and 80 crunches.... but now I struggle to even do 15 haha 


Watch as I struggle to do sit ups, bicycle crunches, planks and crunches. Last time I tried to do these my squishy belly definitely was not in the way like it is now. In between sets I take breaks to feel by doughy tummy and see if I could feel my abs. Well...they appear to be there, but there is a big layer of fat on top of them XD Watching this video my tights really show off my softness and how pronounced my belly has become!


Working out is hard!
