tbh I’m so stressed right now I find myself crying almost everyday :’) ya’ll ever get to the point in life where everything feels so hard everyday that ur just so done with everything???? sorry for depressing content I’m just so freaking sad all the time and I just 🙃🙃🙃 don’t know what to do 🥴 

I guess I’m posting this as a gentle reminder that like.. I’m just a person too. My life is chaotic, my mental health is in shambles, and everyday I’m trying so hard to improve the aspects of my life that are causing me pain, but it’s so much mental and even physical work for me, especially since I’m so busy with work/life balance management that I don’t have much time to address my mental state. I appreciate those of u who have been very understanding and nice to me about it. I just really need to make it known I’m TRYING to be happy and not let the negative aspects of my life bring me so far down, but it gets really hard sometimes. 

Quick tricks for anxiety, dealing with agoraphobia, and temporary mood boosters would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 💕

Hopefully I’ll have something more positive to post tomorrow.
