The “dadbod” label was coined a few years ago by magazines to make fun of sloppy male celebrities that needed to get off the beach and be held to the same standards of beauty as female celebrities. 

It has not, it is not and it wont ever be something anyone wants or strives for. It is a joke that seems to have gone to the narcissists head and come out as a source of misplaced pride over what boils down to over eating and a lack of will to exercise. 

Hey, you have a dad-bod? Fine. I will still like you and be your friend. But I will not act like your sloppy is hot and sexy. It is not. No woman would say “oh I am rocking my dirty hair.” Saying you are “rocking” an out-of-shape body is like that.

Also, it really isnt that hard for some guy that has never had the hormonal or physical disruption of CHILDBIRTH and PREGNANCY to flop around on the ground for 10 minutes a day doing push-ups and sit ups in an effort to maintain a “hot-bod.”

 That is why A MILF IS HOT because she HAD A BABY and she somehow manages to defy nature and be sexy. 

A lumpy dad isn’t hot. It just is. And it is sad to point it out.
