What I do know, is that these *disclaimers* or firmly worded legal action warnings are just empty threats that only give away the fact that the person issuing them is ignorant.👿👿 I am not here to call out creators as Royal idiots if you are guilty of posting this in your bio, rather I am here to inform us all on how ineffective this is and why. 🤔🤔

1️⃣When we post things, the PLATFORM assumes ownership of our content. This is why they have certain rules and shit. They own what we post. 
2️⃣Even if we do “own” our content, without heading down to the copywrite©️office and applying for a legit copywrite, legal action is going to be impossible to pursue and no lawyer would even risk their reputation with the bar by taking your ridiculous losing case ❎
3️⃣Even if you had the paperwork to certify your content ©️apbrands certain criteria must be met in order for you to receive “damages” in a court case. 
4️⃣Thieves know all of this stuff and don’t care about a baseless warning. 
5️⃣Honest people don’t need to be told to do the right thing.
6️⃣Letting people see your vulnerability is a green light for them to take advantage of anything else you may be ignorant of. 

⚠️Don’t include this fake news legal warning in your bio⚠️ It is more than pointless; it doesn’t make you seem more professional; it may even give someone the idea 💡 to do what you are saying they better not do 😱

7️⃣Art is very tricky to “own.” Part of how I am able to post the way that I do is that I am not screen grabbing anything and posting it the way it was presented to me. I take things I see and I take my own photograph and then I add my own artistic style to it and the resulting art is now @adorabellows 🎨 I made this mine💋
