Performance Reviews. Yuck.

An opportunity for someone to boost you up or cut you down 🙃. 

I had “signed” with @ariakhaide , who was helping me get my name out there and giving me recommendations signed with her lips and seeing first hand what I can do. 

I got the invite for an in person review. Strange.

Then, the address wasn’t her office, it was a hotel. Stranger.

But when she came out the back of the room? This is no typical evaluation!
