Gym Vlog Day 3 - Leg Day # 2 

Today I walked on the treadmill on an incline to start things out

I did weighted step ups, hip thrusts, one-leg focused lunges, abductor and adductor hip machines followed by a long stretch 

I also made my goal of 10,000+ steps per day! 

I feel like I see a little bit of gains already maybeeee
