Gym Vlog - Day 2: Upper Body and Walking 10,000 steps a day goal

Todays vlog I did some upper body workouts, I did an ab circuit, and walked on the treadmill and outside for a few miles each 

I reached my 10k step goal today! 

I’m excited to see what my arms look like a month from now
