Trying something new today, so here are 20 photos of what I'm wearing today, a thong with some lovely marijuana leaves on it and a black fenty halter top bra PLUS an audio recording of me reading you a daily affirmation card and sharing my thoughts on it.

I'm not sure how many of you are aware I'm a meditation teacher (both in practice and in formal training) and I'm going to be bringing more mindfulness and mental health themed content to you all now. 

I think it belongs in ALL spaces, including this one. 

So, today's affirmation card is about Compassion, and I'm always open to hearing your thoughts, both publicly through comments or privately through dms.
