๐Ÿ’—The journey of allowing emotions to guide us to our unhealed areas. Opens the possibility of processing thru the pain that we were not equipped to deal with in the original situation. The things we tucked away deep inside that never left us.

๐Ÿ’—How to use that guidance to trade baggage for freedom? Takes us back to the 'feeling thru' technique. Which is very simple, and yet often misunderstood, it's the act of feeling every feeling,  both physical in our body and our emotions(fear, sadness, loneliness, pain, loss, presure, or anger etc). 
 ๐Ÿ’—  It starts by  allow ourselves to feel as deeply as we possibly can, and simultaneously 'let go of' or release all stories or reasons we think we might be having the uncomfortable feelings. This is key!!
๐Ÿ’—   The change or transition will happen automatically, as our being process  the feelings themselves, and we will feel the shift. 
 ๐Ÿ’—A note about anger, anger appears to be primarily a cover feeling, used to give us a tranquilizer like effect and block us from the true underlying feeling, so if that's your emotion, be aware that you will need to stay with the deep feeling process until anger gives way to something much deeper, that new deeper feeling is the one to then sit with until it clears.

๐Ÿ’—  Happy clearing! I have found this simple process, to be so effective and transformative, that it eliminates the need for most, if not all behavior modification exercises.

๐Ÿ’—It is common with deeply held or particularly painful or traumatizing situations, to need a very accepting individual to walk with us thru the process.
