Ok so here's what's coming to me.
At a time when she is wearing clothes. You can try telling her this.  
Thank you for your support and encouragement in my living vulnerable and open here at home. I means a lot to me. I appreciate all you've done for me and in may way you have lead the way esp when I was young. Now it feels like this is my opportunity to lead the way in vulnerability.  I have found it very freeing. And I am inviting you to give it a try. You are an amazing person. I've noticed maybe similarly like you notice when you encouraged me to take off my shorts  that the house atmosphere feels better. Would you consider joining me as well?
    However this is many times the key.  Before bringing it up, you sit with any feelings of hesitation or uncomfortability and allow it to clear first . 
Just a suggestion if it aligns with you.

Thank you!!! That is some really wonderful advice. I have been thinking about it for the past few days.. I actually was at a  nudist resort. Gosh I love being there with other like minded people. 
     I got to see my mom topless again today. I invited her to cool down in our pool. I was nude and she just had her bottoms on. She said “her top was dirty” lol. She is actually curious of going to a nudist resort. I was telling her all about it and my experience.

I'm so excited for you, this is awesome. Take your time and before you know it she will be naked lots.
