❤Intro to Sensually Alive Life Coaching,

Embodying emotional/trauma clearing together with sensual connectedness,  a very unique and abubantly transformative experience with  -Breatheasy.

     For the past 15+ years, I have functioned as  a Life Coach Mentor, and intuitive body unwinding Facilitator,  using a powerful method of hands on support to allow ones body to  move and unwind in any way the body wants  while being fully physically supported. It can at times look like a type of intuitive dance.  This support along with my accepting energy, allows the release of long held unprocessed emotions and traumas. that are being held on a physical and emotional level. As the body releases, emotions surface, I then  support and coach them in feeling each surfacing  emotion to the deepest level possible at that moment, without attaching a story to what they feel, until it (the uncomfortable feeling) releases and clears on its own. 
     This process allows ones being to clear itself automatically. No need to add behavioral modification techniques.  When the deep transformational clearing happens we naturally begin living from the new heart space. 
     It's literally the most freeing process I have ever witnessed and experienced myself.
     During the process people's sensuality and sexuality open up along with all the other suppressed things, that were not safe to process as we grew up, or even as adults. This has caused alot of resistance in persons who wish to hold on to their old taboo/ religious teaching beliefs. However for someone who is truly ready to let go of their old ways of living, that wasn't serving them well any way, it transforms them incredibly. 
     My greatest passion is witnessing the radical transformation especially in women. They become radiant, powerful, fully embracing their divine femininity. I have the sacred privilege of see them change the world around themselves simply by being present in it, and true to themselves.
