 I WANT TO BE NUDE AROUND MY MOTHER

Question for you.. hopefully you can give me some advice. My mother recently moved in with me and I haven’t been able to be nude around the house how I like… I wanna tell her that I’m a nudist.. how should I go about it? I feel trapped in my clothes. And it’s just myself and her inside my home.

My response,
I take the time to allow myself to feel very trapped, just sitting with the feeling without any judgementvor reason, just feel it, until it clears on its own it may take a day or two. 
Step two, think about how it would feel to kindly openly tell her you want to live like you did when you first arrived naked and free. Now sit with any feeling that arrives from that thought, until the feeling clears.
Now your ready to tell her from a relaxed at peace place in your own heart. Inform her kindly and honestly and then ask how she would feel about it. Listen only hmms or OKs or I hears. Then thank you for expressing your feeling.  No other comments at all. Then when you are by yourself , sit with any feelingvthat arose from her response.  When you are clear agian a few days past maybe. Then simply ask her do you still feel the same way as when we talked several days ago? Politely answer any questions but no pressure. In a bit I'm guessing she will come around to it's your choice.
