I suffer from extreme boredom and don't know what to do. it makes me immerse myself in housework or work to avoid wasting time, even though I used to be able to spend an evening watching an entire filmography, not just a movie. perhaps some people think that cleaning is more useful than reading, but I wouldn't want to spend my life scrubbing my kitchen. It's like my soul has been ripped out of me and I've been put at the domestic machine, although my memory is full of books, movies, music, articles, and memories of pleasant walks alone - nothing gives me the same pleasure, and walking is a separate topic.
