Diary of a submissive part 6 Collar A collar can be worn by a person to indicate their submissive status in a BDSM relationship. The collar is used to signify ownership or connection within a Dom/sub relationship. It is a powerful symbol of trust, submission, and devotion. There are many types of collars: collar for play sessions, training collar, discreet day collar for everyday wear, formal collar for events, etc. Not every submissive wears a collar, and collars can mean different things to different people. When I first started submission with my master, I wore a collar occasionally to delimit the periods when I was going to be 100% submissive. Now I'm in a full TPE relationship so I wear it all the time, except when I'm showering, sleeping or working out. My master requires me to wear a collar to show everyone that I'm submissive and owned. I usually wear a more subtle day collar during the week and a more ostentatious one during the weekend. Personally, I love wearing a collar because it reminds me of the good submissive I must be. Feeling it around my neck makes me think about my master and smile. The collar reminds me that I belong to him and must obey him with pleasure and pride. I own several different necklaces, so they can also become an accessory to match my outfit. Most of my collars have a ring where you can attach a leash, which makes me feel even more submissive, owned and controlled. I hope you liked this post about collars and that you have learned something 😊 Stay tuned for more submissive posts!
