my day is ruined!!!! i got really motivated and ready and excited to go to the gym and i went out to my car and had a completely flat tire 🤣🤣🤣❤️

really sad now yay :3 

i went for a short lil run outside to try and still be somewhat active but it’s too hot and sunny out to do much :( anyway i hope everyone else has a good day…
