made some lemon tofu tonight!
(this is exactly like the orange tofu I always make, but with lemon juice instead of oj in the sauce because I didn't have any oj)
I love this recipe so muchh, I wish I could make you all come try some!!
I had a pretty productive day, got some chores and errands done and now I'm ready and excited to get back to streaming tomorrow
