made some tortellini tonight for me n Cody!! now we're going to watch an ep of What We Do in the Shadows (Cody's seen it before, but it's my first time watching and I love it, we're almost done with season 1) then facetime our mutual friend who's getting marrieddd soon 💛
I made japchae last night but it turned out soooo bad so I didn't even post a pic, it was awful
I've made it before with a friend Hannah but clearly Hannah was doing the heavy lifting because I failed so bad making it on my own
the biggest problem is I was too lazy to make the trip to the Asian market to get the right noodles (a clear sweet potato starch noodle) so I just picked up some noodles at my regular grocery store called "Spaghetti made with sweet potato" and it was disgusting lmao
definitely NOT the same kind of noodle
