Happy hump day! I am making a conscious decision to do more exercise again from this week, before worrying constantly about content creation. I'm feeling fairly unfit and weak, so working out to get a bit more cardio fitness and strength back is definitely a must. Exercise is so important for my mood as well. It really balances me and the last few weeks have been quite turbulent and trying..... with a lot of highs but also quite a few blows/lows. Tonight I combined a little bit of exercise with content creation. I actually took a video during my nude hike as well but I need more time to edit that.
