Do you think 2023 will be a good year? 🤣

I'm very careless and not focused, I think I've been like that my whole life (thanks adhd), but I've started this year very productive!
I've already passed my university exams, moved into a new apartment and started medical treatment for one of my cats! Hopefully this month I can buy a mattress and a bed (I sleep on the sofa haha) and have a stable income <3

Do you have any plans for this year? I'm going to set small goals for each month to keep myself on track 😴
