After a relatively long break, I was glad to train again.

Unfortunately, calluses on my hands make themselves known, and after each workout, I need time for my body to recover. Sometimes it takes longer than I want, and sometimes so long that I just want to start persuading my body like, 'please heal, I missed my trainings, please...'

I feel that after today's training, I should again take care of myself.
Today, my hand unexpectedly slipped during the dance. The skin scraped off very painfully, to a burning sensation in the palm. I lost my balance, got scared; it all happened so quickly and unexpectedly... I didn't immediately figure out what to do, but in the end, everything is fine, without serious consequences.

Looking forward to the next workouts, but for now, I need to recover.
