Mental Health Update: 
MY life truly began on April 04, 2023! 
It took me almost 32 years to admit that I didn’t JUST have traumatic events happen in my life… but MY LIFE HAS BEEN TRAUMA!  I’ve been brainwashed for my whole life, but I’m FINALLY about to be FREE!

I can’t wait to really start therapy! I’m excited to see what they do with the challenge I’ve got for them. Everything is everywhere but I’ve never felt more sure that I’m doing the right thing! I am not crazy. I am going to be okay.

And to anyone suffering silently in an ongoing traumatic situation, SCREAM FOR HELP! The world wants to ignore you. Your abusers want to hide you.
