Hello, my fellow Devotees! ❤️Here's the second post of October ~ the third panties teasing videos actually took me a lot of time to find a proper location as well as proper weather to achieve that "lifting skirt without using hand" effect ~ ☁️ there really is no practical effect and could only depend on luck ☁️.

In the end, I bottomed the locations down to 2, the usual rooftop deck that I go to, and the riverside where I expect winds to be strong by the river, and on the bridge. 

We made plenty of visits and practised at the riverside, 🤔 we found a suitable garden and even went up the bridge to "test" the airflow ~ it's a little bit unfortunate that during the main shooting, the winds just decided to become super poor. Fortunately, however, the winds on the rooftop deck were super strong! 😆

Here you can find a short video and some photographs that we took during our practice run, and I have also added 2 missing photographs that I took from our picnic video 🤣 It was photographs of me and my boyfriend checking out the van, and when found there's nobody inside, I proceed to flash him through the windows ~
