im home! i had such an awful experience at the airport today tho.. the check in guy made a big scene and completely embarrassed me and made me pay 80 dollars for a small bag that i already paid 40 dollars for. i caved and bit the bullet because i didn't want to make a bigger scene, but he was saying my small suitcase was too big when i used their service to fly to there and it was a round trip booking. there shouldn't have been any issue because i flew there with the same bags i tried to fly home with. it was so embarrassing but i was glad to be done with it.

after that i had security triple check me to make sure i wasn't carrying anything dangerous. first they scanned all my electronics with this wand thingy and then when i went through the scanner they pulled me aside and patted me down. after that they pulled my stuff to the side again and riffled through it all and finally they said it was all good to go. God it was so stressful but im glad that i kept my cool and stayed friendly. not the way i wanted to be fondled on valentines day but ehh 🥲

long story short, glad to be home.
