today I did some bodyweight exercises today for around 30 minutes. I did mostly stuff like squats, lunges, and planks. I also did some yoga to help with flexibility and balance. 

I started out with some sun salutations and then I just did a few poses that felt good and stretched my muscles. 

I finished up the session with some stretches for my shoulders and neck. I feel like I got a pretty good workout today, but also it felt really relaxing at the same time. it was nice to take the time to focus on improving myself and getting stronger :3
