spent all day glued to my bed yesterday. 
just feeling a bit off, stiff and achy today from not moving around.
got maybe 3-4 hours of sleep.

don't think i went to the kitchen once (ty ubereats lmao) 
 
mentally i feel like being reserved & cutting myself off from my phone but i do in fact have to take the time to do my job and get content filmed, i'm just struggling heavily with the motivation to even function at the moment

But i COULD  use a nice back massage, a hot bath with candles, a shit ton of chocolate, and maybe some SSRIs lmfao (and sushi)
