Another hard day at the gym💪 since I have spinal problems since I was a kid, it's hard for me to exert myself and do anything at the gym😓😓. So I try not to strain my body too much. Usually I start with a 20 min walk on a treadmill (3% incline at 4-6km/h) then I do about 4 exercises (for the butt) in 4-5 sets and finally I go to the pool for 15 min to relax my muscles 💗
