This is a holiday in my country when we eat blini (“pancakes” in english) for a week and say goodbye to winter. 🥰

Blini can contain any filling (sweet or savory). The most popular additives are honey, condensed milk, jam, ham and cheese 🥞🤤

Unfortunately I'm sick this holiday season and will miss most of the fun. But for breakfast I ate blini 🤗
