I recently started reading a psychology book that talks about dependent relationships 🖤
I found out that I have an anxious type of attachment and it's very sad.. But this book helps me understand why this happened and what needs to be done 🥺
I think when I finish reading it, my view of some things will definitely change (it's already starting to change and it's getting easier for me) 😌
