some news from my life ♡  I was prescribed mood normalizers... these are not exactly antidepressants, but something else. now my mood has improved, and I can create cool content, do hobbies, sports, after all. I'm going to the gym now.  (*ﾉωﾉ)

I've been trying to achieve this for a long time. the doctors referred to the fact that I was not yet used to other pills, which is why my condition worsened. (｡╯︵╰｡) before previous medications I could go to work and do what I like, but after that I don't even have the strength to do it.  (￣ヘ￣)

plus, now I limit myself in food, I don't eat sweets and flour, my main diet practically includes only protein products. I think it also affects the mood, but I want to get my body in order. but with new medications it gets better, and I hope that I will overcome it. ( ´ ꒳ ` )
