To recap:
The goal hit $1.5k for a replacement Vive Pro Eye to replace the old one if worse came to worse and I had to shell out more cash for an aftermarket unit.
Since the completion of the goal, I've since closed the fundraiser from receiving any more money.

Meanwhile waiting for the goal to finish I played my luck with HTC Vive support even while this has been 4 years out of warranty, and I was walked through a ton of testing with support to see if the software was malfunctioning. Ultimately they suggested it was the hardware and offered that I send it in for repair for a quote. I mailed in my unit and gave them a few days to receive it and check it out.

HTC have then gotten back the repair quote. Vive Pro Eye can be repaired and for a good price!!!
Now with this known, I decided I will hold onto the rest of this as budget for the show.

Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for showing me how much you all care for me coming back to dancing! With all this financial support, and and love given for the whole month, I'm giving it right back with my spirits and my moves when I hit the stage again.
