ↀ My Body Measurements Diary, Day 0 ↦

Well, although I really Love being Curvy, I feel that I finally need to drop a few kilos & volumes to go back to my comfortable state! πŸ˜‹

So I decided to run another Diary - for my Body Measurements Progress! It will be a good motivation for me to reach the desired results! 🀣

I did the initial measurements today, and they are:

Breasts: 99 cm
Waist: 84 cm
Hips: 105 cm
Weight: 71.3 kg

My comfortable weight is about 68 kg, so I'll set to drop some 3 kilos in the next 6 weeks. I also want to drop a few centimeters in waist, trying not to lose much in Breasts & Hips πŸ˜‹

I know it may not sound very ambitious as a goal, but I really don't want to put my organism under a serious stress - I know it's not good for it at all!

As far as I already have pretty active lifestyle (moving job, fitness club times per week, daily exercise & yoga at home), I know my key issue is a nutrition - which has gone a bit more out of control than I normally should allow.

Clearly I'm against any strict diets, but I'll try to eat better foods in smaller portions, as well as avoid sweets as much as possible (which is difficult for me) in the coming weeks. πŸ˜‹

I'll make posts on my progress 1-2 times per week. My subscribers will get full videos of the measuring process as a bonus. πŸ€—

P.S. If you're not on a metric measurements, I let you do the maths by yourself. I don't wanna break my brains with the numbers that are completely alien to me! 🀣
