Before I bring you a really long boring post, I wanted to share a new AMRL9 Animation Preview!

OK now that we got that out the way, I wanted to share some information with you about what’s coming in 2023, and what my goals are for the studio. Short version is here:

2023 GOALS SUPER SHORT VERSION

1 animation per month - Outlook Very Hopeful!
Better Models/Rigs - Work In Progress…
Side Projects? - Dollie and Daisy, Hina Voy Hentai, VR Stuff?, MommysQuest!

2023 GOALS: 1 ANIMATION PER MONTH - ✅ Outlook Very Hopeful 

For the longest time this has been my goal. Logistically, this is really hard to pull off. I have been trying my hardest. I know, I have said this for the past year and a half but I finally think we are close. The short version is, we need a reliable in-house team to make this possible.

The long version is, we did over a dozen interviews, trials, etc with various modelers, contractors, animators, riggers, etc over the past year and I think we are getting very close to the point where we need to be.

Junior Animators: This year I paid for two animators that I thought had potential to go through Animation Mentor (an online school that teaches animation) and one of them (Animator Orange) has improved dramatically in quality and speed of animation. Starting Jan, Animator Orange will be full time as an animator and I think that will help speed up production a lot! Orange, I feel can get to around 2 minutes of animation per month.

Lead Animator (Coming Soon?): We had a really great interview with an experienced Lead Animator that has a really impressive resume. Why in the world would they want to come work with us? Long story short, the animation industry has a tendency to take advantage of its animators and pay very poorly for the time and effort that goes into the work. I am offering a very competitive salary + work from home, + straight forward expectations and no office politics etc... If this Lead Animato
