I implore you to find what makes you feel good. Remember it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Get your body moving. Experiment with different forms of exercise. Eat balanced meals full of nourishing Whole Foods. Make sure you prioritize sleep. Figure out healthy ways to cope with stress. Nurture your relationships. Practice gratitude and self-love.
