This year has been teaching me how much work home ownership is. A massive tree in my front yard is falling over from all the rain. My roof is leaking. The plumbing is having issues. The list goes on. 😅

Fortunately, I absolutely love this house and so having to take care of it isn't as bad as it sounds. It's a pretty old house too so I expected this when moving into it. I am ready for the challenge.

I am thinking that when I do the roof, I should also do solar as well. What do you guys think of that? Is that the right move? Should I wait for the technology to get better? Lmk
