Hope you're having a good day.

Unfortunately my day is not a good day at all... I have a very bad backache. I think I either did something wrong when I was working out my back muscles with the new dumbbells or my back is just not used to the exercise. but it hurts all the time even when I lie down...
And I was planning to go for a walk today and take pictures in simple clothes, it's very very very sad X_X
