Hello!
you may not have noticed but I've started discounted subscriptions for a few days, until about the end of summer. 

Yesterday was not an easy day for me. I started doing something that I have never done before and that I would have a long way to go and learn. of course I didn't do it well and was very frustrated as I kept trying. It got to the point where I was ready to either explode or cry. Usually in such a situation I would go to bed to avoid doing anything bad, but this time I decided that it was a good opportunity to learn how to deal with such situations, because you can't always just go to bed. 
So I had a lot of trouble shifting my attention and it took quite a long time but I didn't do anything wrong and I'm fine now.
I'm learning to take care of myself.
