Still doing the exercises, i wonder when i can see the first results. working for long term results is hard on the brain

Speaking of long term and short term results. short term results don't require much motivation because we get a rush of positive emotions and reward from the brain right away. You can get stuck in this to get as much emotion as possible from short-term tasks and then long-term goals become almost impossible. After all, why try to work hard consistently for a long-term goal when we can just eat something or play a game where we enjoy every new level, new equipment, etc.? It is important not to fall into the trap of losing the opportunity to be motivated for long-term goals. You can always reward yourself for the work you do on your own. You can link two things : small steps towards a big goal and reward. Or turn your path into many small goals that you achieve. 

But these are just my thoughts
