I can't be silent. It's very hard for me 

I'm crying. I was able to wash only partially, I do not have a basin or a ladle and only 1 pan. The water has time to cool while I heat up a new pan. I was able to pour no more than 5 cm of water. I somehow managed to wash my hair, but I washed my body in parts during the day. It's very mentally difficult. I don't have a heater, etc. The water is so cold, it feels like it's straight from the North Pole
