Hi! So. Let's talk about apathy, shall we? 
It's an important enough problem that it's affected a huge number of people, myself included. Thank you all for your responses.

To begin with, vitamin D deficiency can be a serious problem that also leads to apathy. 
Try setting small goals for yourself to start with and focus not on what you need to do, but on what effect you will get out of it. For example, the joy of a delicious meal or the pleasant feeling of a clean body. Remember that if you visualize something too big, you will feel like you are carrying a mountain. You won't be able to motivate yourself under that kind of pressure. You will just berate yourself for being weak and fall back into apathy.
Sometimes apathy can be the result of getting too much simple dopamine from watching short videos and so on, try to get more dopamine naturally by doing your own activities.
Balance. Sometimes strong positive emotions can be devastating and we can feel apathetic afterwards, try balancing. Otherwise your life, like mine, will become a real roller coaster of your morale. When you feel energized don't overwork yourself too much so you don't fall back into apathy.
Never blame yourself for the state of apathy. It is a natural reaction of your body and just as you can't make your body just feel apathetic you can't make it stop feeling apathetic. Try to keep yourself busy with something for some it's walking, for some it's socializing with new people, for some it's new hobbies.
