Today I'm taking control of myself! 
I wanted to ask you when do people in the US start celebrating Halloween? I'm thinking in the next few days to get the last Halloween items and start taking pictures.

I don't have anything going on so I don't have much to tell. I've been so busy these days that all I've been doing is eating, trying to take care of my hygiene and health, doing work and sleeping the rest of the time. 
Do I experience guilt for doing nothing? Definitely yes. Does guilt help me? No. 

I think it's because of the fall, being sick and a bunch of other issues. If you are feeling down too, you are not alone in how you feel. I'm with you!

You can just tell all your problems to me in chat, maybe it will make you feel better, don't worry I don't feel bad about it, it makes me feel good that I can do something to help. 

At the same time you can be a person like me when sometimes you don't want to say anything and just want to be alone, but you want to feel needed, then it's more difficult, but I could also support you and say something kind....

Anyway, I'm at a stage of strong decline in all areas of my life, but I'm doing my best not to lose faith in myself. I'm here for you no matter what happens.  Don't lose faith in yourself in the bad times.
