If so, you can keep watching the post. I'm becoming one with this kitty in bed, I don't know who you're more jealous of, the kitty or me, but you promised!

In the meantime, my back is back to normal. tomorrow I will probably go to pick up my yoga mat and do my first yoga class on this mat (I mean on this mat, I've done yoga on another mat before).


Now let me talk about my absurd  thoughts when I fall asleep 

before I went to bed I had this weird idea that maybe evolution and cancer have something to do with each other and it literally drove me crazy, but I think it's a delusion. Before I go to sleep, my brain takes on a life of its own and comes up with different theories. This time I was convinced that new organs and in general the development of organisms is driven by tumors, and cancer is an unfortunate evolution. now it all seems ridiculous to me, but in the state when I was almost asleep it seemed to me a brilliant theory (please don't think I'm a fool, but maybe I'm really a fool at some times)
