 as I said my beautiful apartment cost me less than it should have been by logic. But why? I don't believe in curses, but this apartment is cursed, everything is constantly broken here. a week ago my toilet, baths and sinks broke, the water drain did not work. it happened again 🤡
during the time that I am here, I called the master to fix: hot water, air conditioning, electrical panel, electrical outlets, tiles on the floor and much more :D

but i love this apartment, i feel at home here and it is beautiful for photo 👉🏻👈🏻

the reason for all this is that this building in the days of Covid stood idle without maintenance, and then it was sold due to bankruptcy. so it's just that no one cared about this building for a few years.
